WATERSCAPE SELECTS RESORT READY ROOMS

Fort Walton Beach, Florida—Crescent Resources, LLC, developer of Waterscape in Fort Walton Beach, has selected Resort Ready Rooms as the recommended furnishings supplier for Waterscape, which is currently under construction on 490 feet of prime Gulf front at the site of the former Radisson Inn on Okaloosa Island. The furnishing and color options Resort Ready Rooms will provide to Waterscape will help our owners develop beautiful interiors with a minimum of effort.”

Waterscape will include a LAY-Z RIVERTM, as well as three pools including a children’s pool area with water features and toys for children, a large pool, a 10-foot waterfall connecting the upper pool to a lower level, large, free form pool with a zero entry feature and two hot tubs all overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and set amid shaded arbors, pavilions and lush landscaping.

“Savvy buyers can still take advantage of this opportunity,” says Denise Stegner of ResortQuest Real Estate. “There are several great one, two and three bedroom gulf front Waterscape Condominiums available for purchase, with prices starting in the high $300,000’s.”
